Iron Fish Sushi & Grill: Fresh Japanese Seafood Experience in Pflugerville

Went here for my 1st time on Valentine’s Day. Food, service, and atmosphere are incredible. I eat out very frequently and have been to probably 50 sushi restaurants, this place is as good as Uchi and Nobu. Very high quality and great price point.

SO UNDERATTED! it was my boyfriend and i’s first time from houston/dallas and we chose this place based on good reviews and unexpectedly it was so good!!!!! their fatty tuna (chutoro) was like butttttter ◡̈ and my personal favorite was the double take roll! reminded us of our first date - memorable and yummy!!! 20/10 would recommend!!

Great lil sushi place. Super fresh fish, well constructed rolls, great sizes, well balanced proportions of sauce to fish to rice - a lot of places either have too much rice, not enough sauce, but this place is just right. (I'm quite picky about that). We've tried the top 3 rolls, as well as a rainbow roll & a playboy roll, & the gyozo & they've all been spot on. Also, their wasabi & ginger are fresh too, not like the old paste-y wasabi you get a lot these days. Would definitely recommend. We've been a few times now for date nights, on different days during the week, both daytime & night time & it's always been a good consistent quality. No complaints here. Will definitely be going back often. (Only got a photo on the 1st visit, but it always looks just as good in our experience.)

We came here for my son’s birthday and had such a great experience. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food was creative, beautifully put together, and absolutely delicious. It really felt special for a birthday dinner. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

I always come to this sushi restaurant with my girlfriend every week, and the fish today was so fresh and the texture was so good. Lydia made sashimi at the sushi bar today, and it was the best.

It is always a delightful visit here. Service is always wonderful and attentive but the main star is the EXTREMELY FRESH and HIGH QUALITY fish. Their sushi and sashimi selections are melt in your mouth. Do yourself a favor and close your eyes and savor the clean flavors. You wont regret a visit here.

Iron Sushi was absolutely amazing. The fish was incredibly fresh, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and every roll was beautifully prepared. The presentation alone shows how much care they put into their food. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the whole experience even better. You can really tell they take pride in quality and consistency. Easily one of the best sushi spots around highly recommended and definitely coming back.
